The Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industries in Nigeria (LCCI), a private sector organization assisted by ENABLE, finished a strategy and tactics workshop to develop its roadmap for the future.

Augusta Management & Systems' executive director, Michael J. Bolaños Davis, facilitated the strategy and tactics workshop for 19 of the top LCCI's management and staff team during a full week. The team was able to articulate a clear vision for LCCI and defined the Goal of the organization.

LCCI has defined its Goal and the three main Critical Success Factors (CSFs) that need to be assured in order to achieve more and more of its Goal.

The Strategy Map for LCCI included three levels of Necessary Conditions (NCs) to assure the CSFs and increase ongoing achievements of its Goal.

A new organizational arrangement was identified as a key change that needs to be in place before LCCI ventures into creating their own future. This new organizational arrangement resulted from LCCI dealing with the Critical Root Cause (CRC) that has been holding back their potentials. To resolve this CRC LCCI identified three Injections for resolving the organizational conflict.

Also, through the strategy and tactics sessions, LCCI's team explored new ways of bringing positive changes by understanding and managing all layers of resistance.
